What kind of businesses do you typically work with?

We work mostly with small, owner-operated businesses in Perak and across Malaysia — retail shops, service providers, small food and beverage operations, and similar. The common thread is an owner who is doing most things themselves and looking for a calm, outside perspective.

Do I need to prepare anything before a session?

There is nothing formal to prepare. It helps to come with a general sense of what feels unsettled or unclear in your business, but even that is not a requirement. We will find our footing together from wherever you are.

How long does a Clear Light Review take?

The session itself usually runs about ninety minutes. You will receive the written summary within a few days. After that, you are under no obligation to proceed further — the note is yours to keep and consider in your own time.

Can sessions be held online or do I need to visit your office?

Sessions can be held at our Ipoh office, at a location that suits you, or over a video call if that is more convenient. We are happy to work around what fits your schedule and preference.

What happens after the twelve months of the Daylight Companion?

At the end of twelve months we will take stock together. Some clients choose to continue with a renewed arrangement; others feel they have what they need. Either outcome is completely fine — there is no pressure either way.

Is my business information kept private?

Yes. Everything you share is treated with care. We do not discuss client situations with others, and we hold your information in line with our Privacy Policy. If you have specific concerns, please raise them before we begin — we are glad to address them.
